BedBasics not only provides high-quality products, but we also recognize that you may need to exchange or return them in the event that they are ill-fitting or were delivered incorrectly. Within 20 days after purchase, we will gladly accept the returned merchandise, issue a refund, or give an exchange. Please keep in mind that the items you want to be returned or exchanged must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to submit any damaged or defective merchandise; after that, no claims will be considered.
Return the disputed items in their original packaging and the "AS NEW" state. If you have opened the shipment box to inspect the contents, you must do so in such a way that the original packaging remains intact. To be eligible for a product refund/return, neither the packaging nor the product must be broken.
NOTE: The "FREE GIFTS" must also be returned along with the goods.
BedBasics will not be liable for the cost or hazards associated with returning or undesired goods. Return clearance can take up to 14 days from the time we get the returned items. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products before the authorization has been granted.
Purchases that fulfill the requirements and conditions will be repaid entirely after being inspected by our Returns department to ensure completion and appropriate product return.
The purchaser will be repaid the entire invoice sum less the cost of transportation if the goods are delivered in their original packaging and are unused with all accessories and components in the re-sellable form.
If we get products that are not in sellable condition or breach the restrictions above, the goods will be sent to you, and the shipping costs will be invoiced to you.
